We worked with Aspect to produce a series of animations to market SunLife’s life insurance packages for the over 50s, voiced by the Welsh powerhouse Carol Vorderman and the nation’s favourite garden tinkerer Alan Titchmarsh.
The client wanted a nostalgic mid-century feel to the production across a series of relatable events in familiar family environments.
How We Did It
The 1950’s style was right up our street. In the development phase we experimented with simply shaped moustachioed characters.
The client decided upon a slightly more realistic direction for the SunLife family. We had lots of fun with mid-century furniture, sparkle transitions, a little cat and a blue dog.
We produced three films in total for Aspect; equity release, funeral plans and over 50s life cover. Along with each film we provided a toolkit of stills and subtitled versions for marketing the products across a variety of platforms.
