Based in Bristol UK and proud of it, the core team works from our studio along with a remote worldwide community of animation and design freelance talent

Since co-founding Rumpus in 2011 Joe has been involved in all productions as an Animator, Director or Creative Director for clients including CBeebies, Disney and Greenpeace. His short films have been screened at festivals around the world.

Luke Hyde is a BAFTA winning Animator and Director. A specialist in hand drawn and rigged animation for games, series and commercial work for the likes of Disney, Cbeebies and Cartoon Network.

Animator and illustrator specialising in hand drawn animation, Marta joined Rumpus as a graduate in 2018. She was Animation Director on the anime style Threads of Time trailer and works across all commercial and broadcast projects.
