Since co-founding Rumpus in 2011 Joe has been involved in all productions as an Animator, Director or Creative Director for clients including CBeebies, Disney and Greenpeace. His short films have been screened at festivals around the world.

With 20 years experience, from Wallace & Gromit to Chuggington, Stef has worked across children’s series and features. Producer, project manager, and creative resource planner focused on helping creative teams deliver their best work.

Luke Hyde is a BAFTA winning Animator and Director. A specialist in hand drawn and rigged animation for games, series and commercial work for the likes of Disney, Cbeebies and Cartoon Network.

Animator and illustrator specialising in hand drawn animation, Marta joined Rumpus as a graduate in 2018. She was Animation Director on the anime style Threads of Time trailer and works across all commercial and broadcast projects.
